In the first quarter of 2016, the European Commission will be providing an internet platform for online dispute resolution ("ODR platform"). The ODR platform should function as a service for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations from online purchase agreements. The ODR platform will be accessible via the following link:
